It's 2020, and we're learning we need to be adaptive in how we pursue physical fitness; we cannot allow the fluctuations of fate to dictate the regularity of our training. You'll be surprised by the quality of work we can do.
Full steam ahead, all hands on deck, pedal to the metal. You know where you want to go, and there's nothing that'll get in your way. We're teaming up for accountability, mindset, training, nutrition, and recovery on a weekly basis. You'll participate in digital exercise groups, work with Blaine every week one on one, execute your custom exercise plan independently, and engage in educational workshops and content to invest yourself fully in the achievement of your goals.
For those who prefer a more stately procession. The destination is clear, you're confident in your path, but nonetheless a teacher to help illuminate the road is always useful. Blaine will work with you weekly to create your custom exercise plan, instruct proper form, educate about nutrition and recovery, and ensure we're always moving true to the destination. Weekly movement sessions and interactive webinars also provide regular opportunities to feel better and learn about your body and its strength.
Sometimes "less is more" is a virtue unto itself. There are those who prefer a more independent journey, who know the path themselves, yet still would not begrudge an occasional waypost or cairnstone to mark the way. Intermittent sessions with Blaine serve to instruct, educate, and ensure consistent progression towards your goals while maintaining enduring health. Weekly movement sessions and interactive webinars also provide regular opportunities to feel better and learn about your body and its strength.
Knowledge is power, and evaluation is where we gain the knowledge that propels progress. Every evaluation is similar in that it tests baseline movement and ability, but individual in that it is tailored to assess strengths and weaknesses relative to you, the individual. We'll create a clear map of where you are, and where you want to be, to illuminate the path between the two.
