Fitness & Health Evaluation, Goal Setting, More...

  • 60-minute, thorough fitness and health evaluation with Blaine. 

  • Establish performance, mobility, and health baselines.

  • Set short and long term goals.

  • Determine preferences, limitations, and a generally well rounded picture of your intent.

  • Get to know your coach! After the 60 minute evaluation, there's a lot to talk about, and you'll possess a much clearer image of what working with Blaine might look like after the experience.

CONSULT THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL ($100/hour)
